Today has not been a very good one. COVID-19 has taken more innocent lives. We don’t know when this will come to an end, but it looks as if the rest of this year is going to fall apart with this running rampant throughout the world. What are we going to do? All we can do is pray and hope for the best.
So many lives taken all of a sudden. It strikes without warning. I feel bad for those who have been affected by this virus; and for their families that has to go through this unfairly. Yes, it is a hard pill to swallow when something like this happens. There is nothing we can do about it no matter how much we take all of the percautions to stay safe.
The masks are not helping, because if they were, people would not still be passing away because of this virus. Washing our hands constantly only leads to dry cracked hands, and it seems to me that it isn’t helping either. What is it going to take for something to work to get rid of this virus that is killing people. I know that God sees what is going on down here, and I know that He cares about what happens to us, but is this going to ever come to an end? Are we ever going to live our lives as we once did before this came here? This is why I always say that tomorrow’s not promised to anyone; that is why we should love one another, respect one another, and be there for one another, because we just never know who we may need someday.
This year is almost over and the numbers are rising everyday. This virus is very serious. How can people not want to take the precautions seriously? I know that it is not comfortable wearing masks and face shields, but it is necessary, we are not only protecting ourselves, but we are protecting others that we come in contact with everyday. It is so bad that a person can have it and don’t even know it; and be spreading it around everywhere. It is not fair that we have to suffer like this, but it is something we all have to endure. There is no way around it. It is what it is; we just have to be careful everyday.
We must do what is required of us during this time of isolation from what we once knew to be normal. We can still look and see art all around us even in this dark time we’ve been going through since day one. There is light in this darkness that we are facing, and that light is the light of the Master Artist Himself, Jesus Christ. He is the Ultimate Artist.
I thank Him for the gift of art that He has given to me. Even in this darkness I still see His Hands creating more beautiful masterpieces for us to enjoy.©2020
